@DaylightsTV @scruffycitytv @Walmart This happened to me with the Walgreens packs years ago. Same deal just Scotch tape on them. Save receipt and email the company on back of packaging, I got like 25 free packs sent to me for the whole ordeal.

Went to a @Target restock that simply did not honor the 2 sku limit on @pokemon. Legit people leaving with 30+ single hanger packs, multiple ETBs and prismatic bundles. I was like number 15 in line with 30+ ETBs and didn’t get one lol
