@jumpjim 2/2 On one return flight we were asked if OK to wait for two passengers on late flight from Italy. Pilot in seat reading Telegraph, leans on unlocked door and almost falls out. Late passengers arrive, pilot buttons up jacket, cap on, launches into “Welcome” routine. Happy days
