@greateranglia so I have stood at Stratford for nigh on 30mins and every GA train run to the second but the 22:52 to Southend Vic is delayed due to flooding?
@greateranglia@JBrydes That strategy throughout the day makes sense - but at rush hour, GA should look to protect its commuters and run at full capacity. Most don’t have the luxury to dictate starting/finishing hours and have family and childcare arrangements to organise/honour.
Storm #Darcy has been named by the Dutch Met Service, KNMI, and is set to bring strong winds and heavy snow to southeast England late on Saturday and on Sunday, this easing through Monday

@greateranglia Smart purchased at station - just checking other twitter complaints - we have to send in the smart card?! Sorry I didn’t realise that. Do they need the paper card too?
@greateranglia Still no contact GA? I have called and just told they cannot help. Where do I go from here? I submitted my form and have no idea if it has even been received or yet to be worked on?
@greateranglia Radical idea. Can you make some LST to SOV services skip SNF of an evening? This would share the burden of SNF commuters onto other services and ensure genuine SOV line commuters be able to board at SRA to get home?
@greateranglia If you are cancelling trains why are the following trains 8 carriages and not 12? It’s means people are stuck at Stratford unable to travel East for Southend Vic as services are too full to board.
