Does not answer my actual question. My outgoing calls and data services were suspended from 08 May 2026 to 03 June 2026, yet I was billed for the full cycle from 11 May to 10 June.
Only statement "as per the plan." Why?

I have been using Airtel since 2015 & Airtel Postpaid since 2022 Based on my personal experience I wouldn't recommend Airtel Postpaid due to billing concerns, poor response to complaints, & network issues. That's one of the reasons I've decided to move away from Airtel
