@vietjetair@VietjetIndia 3/3 Despite this, Vietjet rejected my claim citing general baggage regulations without addressing the tampering or weight difference. @VietjetAir@VietjetIndia Who will compensate me for my loss? Please investigate this properly and provide a fair resolution. #BaggageClaim
1/3 @VietjetAir@VietjetIndia I’m seeking help regarding my checked baggage on SGN–BLR (Booking: HXVXUF). Upon arrival at Bengaluru, I found that my suitcase locks had been opened without my consent. The bags inside were also opened and their contents disturbed.
@vietjetair@VietjetIndia 2/3 My white T-shirt, black shirt and purple suitcase cover were missing. The baggage weight was also lower at BLR than the weight recorded at SGN. I immediately reported this to the BLR airport staff & Manager, who directed me to contact Vietjet for investigation.
Paid ₹66,836 for 4 flight tickets booked through Flipkart Travel. After the booking was cancelled due to airline operational reasons, I received only ₹62,316 as a refund, with ₹4,520 deducted as a "convenience fee."

Dear @Flipkart & @_Kalyan_K,
Why are you withholding customers’ money when IndiGo cancelled the flight?
Booking ID: 260507173248
We booked 4 tickets from SGN → MAA for 12 Aug 2026 through Flipkart. Since the airline cancelled the flight, we are entitled to a full refund.
Why is Flipkart following a different standard?
Despite repeated calls to customer support, we’re getting the same unacceptable response. Customers should not be forced to pay a “convenience fee” for a journey that never happened because the airline cancelled the flight.
Instead, Flipkart is refusing to refund the ₹4,520 convenience fee while keeping our money.
We experienced the exact same situation with another IndiGo cancellation booked via Paytm, and Paytm refunded 100% of the amount, including the convenience fee.
