@Trainingpage2 You guys have lost your mind and are about to lose customers which such kind of terrible service and support.
You guys sell good products but the support sucks big time.

@Trainingpage2 The support was disgusting. I had really bad service. If one plus cares for his users they will contact me. As soon as I opened the browser it's was with porn website. Really not happening.

@Trainingpage2 It is so lame to know that your support team denied request to upgrade the cell from OnePlus 3 to 5t.
I guess they really do not value the users. Even after the bad support and misuse of the customers device. They say upgrade is not available.

@Trainingpage2 I have been facing so many problem in OnePlus mobile
1. Heating problem (charging and on call)
2. Battery issue.
3. Hanging issue.
4. Mobile antenna issue (During the call)
5. Touch screen issue (some time not working properly)
6. O/s Application not working.

@Trainingpage2 I went to a Oneplus service centre at Raipur on 15th March to get my screen replaced, he charged me Rs 5000 with a commitment to replace the screen within 7 days. Till date I have not received a single update, moreover The service centre doesn’t even respond.
