@RailMinIndia@EasternRailway I'm a regular commuter of Train#13180 inaugurated by RM: A.Vaishnaw Sir, June'22. Not even 1yr, the condition of is horrible. Washrooms r extremely dirty, seems never been cleaned. Coaches always run out of water. Expecting a 'swacch' experience.

Whereas other local trains are getting passed & running as per schedule.
