.@HPIndia: Terrible service from Sysnet! We are being kicked around between HP and Sysnet. It has been four weeks since we first raised a complaint and it still hasn't been resolved. Last year, on another HP laptop, it took HP and Sysnet 4 to 5 months to resolve the issue.
