गोबर पर पूरा एक कोर्स होना चाहिए। तीन महीने का। दस साल से अगर सारे कालेजों में गोबर लीपा जा रहा होता तो आज कम से कम हमारे पास गोबर तो बचे होते। शिक्षा नहीं बचेगी न बचे, गोबर बचना चाहिए। दिल्ली का सारा गोबर मिनटों में उठ जाता और क्लास रूम में लग जाता। पंचर भी बनता रहता और गोबर भी लीपा जाता रहता। वैसे बीस हजार करोड़ का सेंट्रल विस्ता बना उसमें किसी ने भी गोबर की दीवार का नहीं सोचा? सेंगोल से तो अच्छा गोबर था।
