Let me quickly use this medium to tell y'all a quick story, one that explains why transparency matters more than people think.

It’s simple, real, and it connects perfectly to what @re is building with on-chain transparency.

So here’s how it goes…

Growing up, most of us learned one thing early, When you’re honest and open, people trust you more.
Whether it’s showing your test scores to your parents or explaining where your money went, transparency makes life smoother.

I remember a friend in school who always borrowed money but never said what he used it for, People stopped lending to him because everything felt hidden. Later he changed started showing exactly what he needed money for, paid back on time, even shared screenshots and suddenly everyone trusted him again.

Took my time to go through @Alignerz_ whitepaper last night and I must say, I am moved by this Initial Weight Offering (IWO) initiative aimed at ending this mystery of real users always being used as exit liquidity after token launch, while non believers always leaving with the big bag

It's a common norm now that, after every TGE, whoever dumps their tokens fastest makes a profit, leaving the real believers holding the bag as exit liquidity. It's destroying project sustainability.

AlignerZ IWO initiative is working to cripple this chaos, it's changing the game from "whoever sells first wins" to "whoever holds longest wins."

It replaces the by first-come, first-served rule with longest vesting gets prioritized.

Founders need time to build and hit PMF; the IWO gives them that runway by securing long-term capital from day 1, that's true alignment.

But wait, who wants to get locked up for years? Nobody. That's where Tradable Vesting Schedules (TVS) comes in.

They tokenize your vested position, so you still bid for a long vest (to get a bigger allocation), but if you need liquidity, you can sell your vesting schedule before it even matures!
Degens can bid long without sacrificing their liquidity.

Now, here are the key reasons why the IWO is necessary:
