Absolutely pathetic customer support from @airtelindia.

My Airtel Broadband has been down, and the estimated restoration time is 2 days. No proactive updates, no follow-up calls, and no urgency to resolve the issue.

Service Request: 11036273873

To make matters worse, the assigned support agent says, "It's not in my tray," and refuses to take ownership or provide any meaningful assistance. Instead of helping, I'm being passed around without any resolution.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable for an essential service like broadband. I expect someone from the concerned team to take responsibility, contact me immediately, and resolve this issue without further delay.

I think one of the biggest reasons is the change in market structure.

1.Liquidity in many stock options has dropped significantly, making entries and exits difficult.
2.Slippage has increased on both the buy and sell side, which eats into profits.
3.Intraday price movement has become limited, reducing the opportunities for option sellers and buyers alike.
4.Frequent gap-ups and gap-downs are disrupting trades, often skipping ideal entry/exit levels and reducing the effectiveness of intraday setups.

Even if your analysis is right, these factors can make execution much harder and impact overall profitability.
