@ravdeepchawla Third wave coffee/ lighter / medium roasts require quite some effort to undo your previous coffee taste imprint.

Plus they need much more delicate brewing and finesse that only good baristas have.

Try filter / pour over if you really want to taste what third wave is about

@ravdeepchawla You're not alone my friend. It's the years of conditioning by Nescafé, Bru and the likes that has mentally wired the darker, roastier, industrially optimised "coffee" taste as your metal model of what real coffee is.

@kapoortej 5. As an investor there are tons of opportunities. We're only the 9th largest producer, with estates rather small. Specialty beans are still limited. Espresso machines are still imported. Home brewing hasn't kicked off. Pods are still super expensive. Don't get me started :-)
