Booked an OYO and requested early check-in at 10am as we’re checking out by 6pm and not even staying overnight. Still asked to pay ₹200 extra for “complimentary” early check-in. Funny thing is, other hotels have allowed 10 AM check-in without issues. Customer experience matters

@OYO4U Clarification: the repeated silent/blank calls came from the OYO contact number.
Earlier the same number spoke normally. After my public complaint, I answered twice and nobody responded.
Please address the actual issue transparently instead of repeated silent calls cc:@riteshagar
