Jagir Singh, a protesting farmer who died on Dec 31, 2020 has been sent a legal notice by @DelhiPolice for taking part in the Jan 26, 2021 violence.

This clearly shows that the Delhi Police has been issuing notice without any inquiry or investigation, just to malign the farmers.
