@amazonIN has a BS support team. Placed order around 11 pm on 11 th nov using UPI. Got a SMS after an hour that payment failed and to revise payment hence revised to COD. Got same item twice on 12th and 13th. They cant refund since item is not returnable? WTF! Can Someone explain

@rakeshlobster I am not sure if there is a reason or past user behavior, for showing the city as list rather than an autocomplete but the list can be sorted alphabetically via state and city for easy identification

@rakeshlobster Use number / number alpha combo and print it big so it is readable from distance. The first letter can be the first letter from the customers name like R383 or V456 so that recall could be better for customers and for the store operators
