Liked this. Similar to Sentimental Value initially but explores it differently. Found the transitions between 35mm, 16mm and 8mm formats quite interesting.

i can’t believe there’s no past lesmand in a tvl adaptation, arguably one of the most important dynamics in the book and it’s just gone? not only that but what we’ve seen is the opposite of what it should be too… i’ll wait until the season ends but of course im disappointed
i admit that maybe my expectations for this season were too unrealistically high and i am trying to stay positive (bc i do think some parts of s3 are very good) but overall the writing is making me so upset
I knew the tone was different. I was expecting that. Was looking forward to Lestat's story. But now I'm bored. Bored. IWTV enraged me, upset me but never bored me. The drop in quality is insane.
