I recognize the race in Eglinton–Lawrence is a clear two-party contest between Liberals and Conservatives. To prevent a Conservative win and more years of neglect, I’m stepping aside to avoid a vote split. Please read my statement below.

keep seeing commentary on elon morks nazi gesture questioning wether hes just being immature troll or actually has fascist belief. classic 'EVIL OR DUMB?' dichotomy (are they evil, or are they just dumb?). but these commentary folks fail to grasp the obvious answer: elon is both
Say what you will about our outgoing PM, no federal program has impacted my family more directly than the national child care program has/is. Can’t overstate the difference it has made for us with two kids in daycare. And I worry about what it could mean if Poilievre scraps it.
Saving the best for last, right?
Trememndously honoured to be included in Silly Goose Press alongside so many other talented authors and poets. What a great way to end the year!

Arthurian, atmospheric, & adventurous, enjoy the final fiction piece of ISSUE THREE:

ASTEROID CITY has quickly become one of the best ever movies on how art helps us process and make sense of our lives in the face of life's unknowns and absurdities. I bristle when people say it's one of Anderson's coldest, because for me it's packed with wallops of emotion.

My story is in @sillygoosepress Issue Three! It's a story about Lancelot and Galahad and how not being worthy of the holiest relic ever isn't a bad thing.
Just a teensy bit excited to say that NEXT WEEK MY FIRST SHORT STORY GETS PUBLISHED BY @sillygoosepress and that's a little exciting. It's about Lancelot and i think it's ok.
What always strikes me is just how... low these donations always are. I know there's other, more hidden contributions, but are you telling me I spent more renovating my kitchen than these donors spent to tear up $42 million of bike lanes?
My grandma (RIP) once told me that I should have kids, because she wanted my mom (RIP) to be a grandma, too.
Which, in the context of this tweet, just darn breaks my heart into 10,000 pieces.
Ripping up our roads will make people less safe, make traffic worse, and put lives at risk. Full stop. I challenge the Premier to talk to people who have lost loved ones on our roads and hear their stories.
It might be hard for the province to do two things at once but, as leaders we have to —tackle congestion AND keep people safe at the same time!
As I’ve said before – the congestion in this city is partially the result of the province’s failure to deliver transit projects on time and has led to long construction delays and years of road closures. Stay in your lane, open the Eglinton Crosstown and Finch West LRTs and fix the chaos at Metrolinx.
