@juliet_turner6 Looks like an amazing project! Do you get this ridiculous amount of horrible responses on other platforms too or is it mostly an X thing?
@kdurbin22@moniza_hossain If you want to argue from an animal ethics side, you might want to consider the many many birds/rodents/insects your little pet invasive species kills that would otherwise be alive if you kept it indoors
@candiburke The surprise lifer is definitely more exciting, but finding the one you've been searching for has a deep sort of satisfaction to it, especially if you get to actually spend some time with it
@washghost1 I don't mind people using both lanes to the merge point, but it does give big asshole when you get over and then floor it to get to the front as fast as possible
@birdwarehouse_ I've heard tell there can be insane levels of pettiness with ebird photo ratings, like people trying to tank other photos on purpose to keep theirs rated higher
@birdwarehouse_ One of the first pics that comes up when you search western meadowlark nest also shows a highly similar nest with cowbird eggs in it haha
@birdwarehouse_ As others have said, the smaller greenish ones are definitely cowbird. The western meadowlark guess for the primary eggs seems good to me too, given how much bigger they are and nest being placed on the ground!
@fwong I realize this post is drowning in theater requests but I've gotta shoot my shot: The Rowhouse in Pittsburgh PA would be a great venue for this!
