He's amazing as a coach/tactician but conditions need to be near perfect for him to shine. When those conditions aren't at their optimum, he just spends more.

Spurs weren't "dysfunctional" when Kane played. Most of their recent demise occurred after he left.

Vane is still an exceptional player but still very inferior to Henry.
