this fandom war is getting out of hand. it’s exhausting to see people tearing each other down every single day when in reality, wala namang winner for tonight. both sides have their faults, both sides have crossed lines and addressing that only one group is to blame is exactly why this keeps getting worse. viva rly needs to step in and fix this. address both parties properly and not just one. kasi hangga’t may nararamdamang pinapanigan, hangga’t walang clear accountability from both ends, this will never end. maging fair kayo sa lahat ng artists nyo, hindi lang sa rabgel or ashdres, sa lahat ng artists nyo. ang dami nang nasasaktan at napupuno and for what? this could’ve been resolved a long time ago if both sides were just called out and guided fairly. no one benefits from this endless cycle of hate, paulit-ulit na lang nakakaurat. sobrang nakakaumay na. people are tired. we’re all tired. if viva truly cares about their artists and fans, they need to do something now for everyone involved kasi kawawa yung mga artista sa inyo.

Statement regarding the recent leaked messages.

I just want to address every issue that I’ve been dragged into lately. I’m fully aware of why Keepers have been tagging me and let’s be clear, it’s not because they thought I’m Angela. They know who I am. Tinatawag nila akong Rys. I came from their fandom, so they’re fully aware that I’m not Angela. Let’s get that straight.

If ever may nag-assume man na ako si Angela because of my username which happens to be similar to her IG dump account, for the record HINDI PO AKO SI ANGELA MUJI. This account was created back in 2011 and I’ve never, even once, claimed to be her.

Now, about the group dm. Yes, I was part of that GC but I’d like to provide context first. That group chat was created during the VVB Marquee Mall show when multiple donation drives were being organized. A lot of accounts were added because it was originally meant for planning and coordinating kung paano makakalikom ng funds. Not everyone there was active after. Personally, I barely open GDMs which is why I wasn’t aware of what was happening. Even if I was part of it, I didn’t see all the messages or topics discussed mostly because to be honest, tamad talaga akong magbukas ng mga GDM.

But there’s one thing I vividly remember nung nagkaroon ng body shaming issue, I once sent a message reminding everyone not to resort to body shaming, slut shaming or any ad hominem attacks. I called out co-fans who were involving themselves to issues that were not related to angela or rabgel, lalo na yung unprovoked. I’ve never condoned that kind of behavior because it never sat right with me. I’ve always been vocal about how wrong it is when I see it happening elsewhere, so to find out that it also happened inside the group was honestly super disappointing. Mali at kahit kailan ay hindi siya justifiable. Public or not, it was too much and it was wrong.

That said, I acknowledge that I was still part of that GDM and I take full accountability for being there. I’m deeply sorry for everything that was said in that space.

Lastly, I strongly urge everyone included in those screenshots especially those who actually said something hurtful, to take accountability individually, not just hide behind a group statement. Because at the end of the day, an apology or statement without any real accountability or change is just damage control and not sincerity.

And again, for the record, HINDI PO AKO SI ANGELA MUJI.
