@BelkinCares Thanks for the reply! Yes it isn’t charging my phone anymore. I’ve tried different power outlets and also tried using the power cable from our other identical Belkin charger which is working normally. My phone is placed on it correctly and a different phone doesn’t charge either.

@BelkinCares Hi there. I bought a Belkin Boost wireless charger a few weeks ago (F7U050). It’s now stopped working. We bought two at the time and the other one is working normally. I’ve tried swapping the charging cables and trying a different phone to no avail. Thanks!
