Booked my gas cylinder on COD, and the status says “Delivered on 5th December” — but nothing was delivered.
Every single time I book, I face the same nonsense. I end up visiting personally to complain or take the cylinder myself.
This is pathetic service, @BPCLimited. Fix it.

@MoPNG_eSeva They didn’t deliver the cylinder, I had to collect it myself from their godown, which was extremely disappointing. I even had to take a special leave from work for this, resulting in a salary deduction. This is not acceptable service and truly frustrating.

Booked my gas cylinder on 18th July, but still not delivered. My neighbour gets his in 2–3 days we live at the same address, just different room numbers. This is not the first time!Prepaid bookings with @BPCLimited feel like harassment. Extremely disappointed! #GasBookingIssue

@zomato @zomatocare Extremely disappointed with your cancellation policy. The delivery partner wasn’t at the correct location, and I was forced to cancel the order. Still, I was charged an 100% cancellation fee. This feels like a complete loss and highly unprofessional.
