Terrible customer service by @British_Airways

More than two months after a cancelled flight cancelled by the airline and dozens of painful phone calls later, still no full refund.

The level of lethargy is quite shocking to say the least.

@British_Airways I have sent a DM with the exact same details I have been repeating to your customer service executives. On every call, my concern is acknowledged and a false promise is made about correcting the refund. Then no response, no email, no confirmation. I call again. Rinse and repeat.
