@HondaCarIndia@HondaCarIndia Please note that I have not received any resolution for the above issue raised. I regret to inform you that Honda customer support provided me a response about the refund of the amount I paid for the second repainting, but no resolution to the damage they created.
@HondaCarIndia Also please note that I have already raised this issue with Honda customer care. However, the response received was that the dealer representative will reach out to me. They have already spoken with me, however I have lost my trust in them based on my previous experiences.
I was ready to bear half the cost for repainting beleiving the false promises by Regent Honda CRM. Now I feel like cheated and feels like this is a new way Honda service team is using to make money.
I have done the initial painting work through my insurance and the quarter panel was changed. As a custome I am payin additional cost for Honda assure insurance. But I feel like I should better go to local service centers to get quality service.

#ScamAlert#MakeMyTrip is cheating the customers with their "lock the price scam". Have some shame MMT. The airline price increased when i tried to proceed with the locked price and suddenly MMT initiated refund of the advance amount for price lock! Why locking price then?
