Our Kara Miso Ramen - Includes our chicken, pork, and dashi soup, smoked carnitas, marinated egg, blanched bean sprouts, cilantro, mayu, and togarashi.
It takes us a few days in advance to begin prepping for each pop up, carefully choosing the right ingredients for the soup, tare blend, noodle blend and sizing, and toppings.

We had a lot of fun making this bowl at our last pop up at Deposito: El Nopalito in McAllen, TX!

We take great pride in making all of our ramen components from scratch and we’re looking forward to showcasing more of our homemade ramen at pops ups around the Rio Grande Valley. We’ll be bringing you a lot more styles of ramen that you only find in Japan and speciality ramen shops, with our own twist.
We love ramen and we hope you taste the difference when you try it. 🍜

We got started from a Momofuku book and a show on Netflix called Mind of a Chef… plus eating tsukemen in Japan for the first time was a transcendental experience!

Ramen Prosper was at KRGV studios in Weslaco today filming a segment for Take 5 on KRGV channel 5!
We had a chance to showcase the Taishoken Style Tsukemen today and talk about what goes into making the bowl, and even how to eat it!
