@nicola_maciocia, @ucl, shares insights into CAR T-cell therapy for T-ALL. Clinical data suggests that CD7-directed CAR T-cell therapy is effective in inducing complete remission; however, it is best considered as a bridging approach to allo-HCT. Preclinical studies on T-ALL–specific restrictive antigens indicate potential for effective targeting with reduced toxicity, although clinical data are still awaited.
