This is Ramesh. I need urgent help with my DP account with your MG Road Branch. My a/c was inoperative. I have been chasing them for > 6 months now to no avail. I have visited the branch personally & submitted all the KYC docs and filled up forms.! But no use!

Once I was told they had a new system and hence needed all docs again! And I had to resubmit! It is ridiculous how my account has been managed or mismanaged

Sorry to say this, but the customer service centre in SG has been disappointing!! An issue to do with our iron box has been delayed extensively: repair once done had another issue so has to send back! Now it's been 3 weeks & the guys aren't bothered to even revert!
