1/2 Ordered AC @PanasonicIndia,after 5 days and a tweet got to know no stock. The https://t.co/0fL8J8lC6j for status enquiry is always switched off. After tweet received a call & got promised that model is out of stock & any 2026 series will get timely delivery.@Panasonic_cp

Its been 2 weeks now and as per your team its more than 10 working days, still refund is processed and the customer care no is also not responsive and proper communication from your team as on Saturday, they have asked 2 days. Still no response

@PanasonicIndia Got refunded after 4 days. Still believed on panasonic & ordered 2026 model,having 9-10 days waiting time. While cancelling previous order, manager promised for faster delivery but failed again

@PanasonicIndia Bad sales support, ordered AC on 21st Apr & ETA shown 25th Apr, bt every new day its new ETA & still there no msg/call for delivery.Worst part is their B2C helpline,goes unanswered.Never thought Japanese company would have worst support @panasonic@Panasonic_cp
@PanasonicIndia 2 of 2 , As I mentioned customer care service is pathetic with @PanasonicIndia. This is why you losing business in India to others @Panasonic_cp. Last 3 days(from said ETA) numerous calls , nothing answered. インドの指導部を変えろ。
@PanasonicIndia 1 of 2 Received call! Agent preethi mentioned due unavailability the order has to be cancelled. Atleast she kept her promise of arranging call with senior as refund will take minimum 7 days. Still ready to buy their 2026 model if r3fund happens within 48 hrs @Panasonic_cp
