يدعي معارضو القانون ان لا داعي لتجريم العنف ضد الاطفال لان من يمارسه قلة، ايعني هذا ان إلحاد الاطفال ورغبتهم بتغيير جنسهم منتشر وان ما يمنعهم هو عدم وجود قانون يحترم الخصوصية والحق بالتعبير ؟!
يبدو ان علاقات كثر بأطفالهم يحكمها غياب القانون لا التربية
