There is no ABI decoding going on. What you see is the exact movement of assets between accounts, components (smart contracts), validators, and other asset holding entities in plain English. The wallet turns these instructions into a nice UI.

Assets are defined at the network layer and not at the smart contract layer (erc-20) so the instructions you see are executed as raw network level instructions. Move 20 USDC from account a to account b. The outcome you see in the wallet is the outcome you can expect.

Take 200 Token X, send it to swap component Y and trade it for 300 of token Z.

Any hardware wallet can also display the same manifest instructions. The Ledger does now.

What you see in the transaction manifest is exactly what will happen when the tx is signed.

Trust me when I say it's nothing like what you are assuming is happening.

No blind signing, no infinite approvals, no re-entrancy.
