We just published the first report ever on ILD in Israel. Although Israel is very small, we found large variability in IPF prevalence between central Israel (24%) and the periphery (53%!). We highlight the need for personalized assessment based on local frequencies and exposures.

We ran cell-cell interactions (including with aberrant basaloid cells), trajectory analysis and much more! We highlight potential FF regulators whose targeting may curb PF progression. Check out our preprint for more details!
[8/8] These and other exciting findings are reported in our manuscript. Our findings should encourage pulmonologists to use these guidelines for HP diagnosis. While not a substitute for MDD, these GLs may facilitate HP diagnosis, especially in places with limited expertise.

[7/8] Interestingly, among patients that underwent transbronchial biopsy (TBB), there was almost no change in the diagnostic performance of the guidelines when the biopsy results were not factored in. Maybe biopsies are not needed in all cases?
