Gemini 3.5 Flash is a really interesting release.

It's super fast and surprisingly smart. It's also more expensive (3x more per token) and super token hungry.

The result - it costs 2x more to run than Gemini 3.1 Pro on similar tasks. It's more expensive than GPT-5.5 Medium.

The new addition of the kanban board to Hermes, is the real Master Stroke! 😄

Task delegation was flawed with no tracking or retries. Kanban solves all of that.

Kimi for 19$ or 39$.. wohoo.. it's a hidden gem

Gemini (if u already have free ai pro).. can be paired with aistudio key and work but.. Hermes doesn't support api well

Openclaw is too much, too many, all at the same time.

Hermes is enough at times, but with significant bugs. E.g. token picked from terminal env if there, not allowing you to setup, if you are doing a cleanup and then setup

One dependency would be, building these starlink modules with upgrade capability in mind. Say holding place for new upgrades and easy connectivity sockets.
