एक लड़के को HoD के केबिन में बुलाया गया, उसे पूरा नंगा किया गया, उसके सर पर पिस्टल रखी गई, उसे डराने के लिए फायरिंग भी की गई।

कुलदीप को पहले लैब अटेंड��ंट अजय शर्मा का कॉल आता है और फिर उसके बाद ECE department के HoD का। उसे ऑफिस बुलाया जाता है। वहां पहुंचने पर उसका फोन छीन लिया जाता है। उसके बैग की चेकिंग की जाती है और उसके बाद उसके पूरे कपड़े उतरवाए जाते हैं क्योंकि होड़ साहब को शक था कि उसने कोई रिकॉर्डिंग डिवाइस न लगा रखी हो। उसे केबिन के अंद�� गालियां दी जाती हैं। HoD साहब उस पर रिवाल्वर रखते हैं और जब कुलदीप बचने की कोशिश करता है तो एक राउंड हवाई फायरिंग भी की जाती है।

दो प्रोफेसर बीच बचाव करते हैं और उस लड़के को वहां से किसी तरह निकलते हैं। लेकिन उस लड़के को इतनी प्रताड़ना दी जाती है कि वह लड़का संस्थान की लाइब्रेरी के पास ही बेहोश होकर गिर पड़ता है। उसके बाद उसे संस्थान के मेडिकल सेंटर में ले जाया जाता है और वहां से एक बड़े हॉस्पि���ल में ले जाया जाता है। इससे एक दिन पहले भी उसे HoD की ऑफिस में बंद कर दिया गया था और उसे गालियां दी गई थी।

यह सब इसलिए हो रहा क्योंकि उसने कोई RTI फाइल कर रखी है जिसमें शायद HoD के फंसने की संभावना है।

कौन कहता है कि भ्रटाचार सिर्फ अधिकारी ही करते हैं। जो जहां है वो वहीं राजा बन रहा है। सलमान खान ने कौन सी गाड़ी खरीदी यह खबर मुझे न्यूज चैनल से मिलती है। और एक शिक्षण संस्थान में एक छात्र को मानसिक यातनाएं दी गईं इसकी जानकारी मुझे रेडिट से मिली। धन्य है यह देश।
