Back to square one not working and no one is responding. The same gwave connection is working in our area so the modem should be faulty even after charging rent for modem they are not replacing it

@GoaElectricity I understand the problem faced by lineman during rains but there can be some other alternative testing options as till now it's more than 40 times it has failed to maintain Constant power and triping every few minutes

No power after rain in Sao Jose De areal nessai , but the main concern is they tried to restore power at least more than 15times which caused fluctuations and electronic equipment are getting damaged
