Dear @AxisBank your Mahanagar, Lucknow branch needs to seriously improve its customer service. Basic issues take too long to resolve, communication is poor, and customer concerns don't seem to get the attention they deserve. Very disappointing experience.

I 've stayed in some of d most luxurious hotels, but 1 of my most cherished memories is sharing a single bed with my adult son in his Delhi PG during summer. A small, unreliable cooler was our only relief frm heat
I remember it far more vividly & fondly dan any luxury hotel stay.
