Kudos DMRC for scale , quality while handling such enormous commuters. The subways in T1 airport Metro station are vast and clean and connectivity through Hauzkhas and INA are again well done .. some Ticket vending machines at T1 need more light though …@OfficialDMRC

The current gates in New Delhi metro station are inadequate for the throughput through the installed flap barriers . This is especially so after festivals and weekends to handle the flow from NDLS. Increase the flap barriers, speed up scanning process and create more lanes..@OfficialDMRC

A number of instances can be seen where people are eating food or snacks and playing loud music on mobiles in Delhi Metro .. as the Metro becomes more socially accepted as a viable means of transport there is a need to enforce rules more strongly .. i am not enclosing pictures due to privacy reasons ..please enforce it before it becomes the norm ..@OfficialDMRC
