@SixtPT - such a BIG disappointment. They used my card for my car rental and told me that the same card that was charged successfully for the rental couldn’t be charged by the toll company ( that was also handled by them). Now I am charged admin fees to cover their error!!!!!!!!!

@HMRCcustomers good morning team. I am having such a difficult time with reaching out to the HMRC customer service and clarify on my self assessment. I called several times to different number to discuss and I am still getting letters that speak the contrary with what I discussed

@HMRCcustomers I can’t use it this option. I do not have an account and I can’t open one since I do not have the 2 out of the 3 identification forms. The only way is the phone where no one answers or if they do they tell me one things and send me letters saying smth different

@HMRCcustomers I am trying to clarify what do I need to do. Your site gives one information and the letters I am getting are saying smth else.I am trying to fix it by calling but no one is answering. Please note I tried so I do not accept any penalty or letter saying I didn’t to the right thing

@HMRCcustomers No one is answering, I called 3 times today and I stayed on the line for 30 mins each time. I do not have that much time every day to wait for an answer. Please help me with another way

@HMRCcustomers I do not find the webchat option on your site. And it is not only the difficulty in catching an operator, is the information inconsistency. You sent me a penalty for self assessment although I do not meet the criteria on your site.

@HMRCcustomers you sent me a penalty fee for not completing the self assessment and I do not need to fill in one. I was employed not self employed. Of course, no one is answering the phone
