@mcd_india horrible outlet at Ghansoli. Dirty interiors, delayed billing only through Kiosk. Bill desk not functioning. We waited forever for our order to deliver. The staff is in mayhem and no clue.

@AshwiniVaishnaw respected Minister Sir. Had a horrible experience on the train 12051 today. Being a shatabdi we thought there is some certainty about the time but they made it stop on many stations for cross over leading to train getting late by 2 hours.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Hon Minister Sir, Travelling by 02197 first class H1 B7 and B8. No pantry car. Horrible food ( dry stale biryani) and pathetic service. Outside vendors don’t come in first class as it is last bogey. No internet range to ask for Zomato delivery. Going hungry.
