The delegation is here to gain valuable insights into inclusive manufacturing practices, business development strategies, and learn about the strategic interventions that have propelled the growth and competitiveness of the manufacturing sector in Kenya, particularly through our initiatives at Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM).
Key learning objectives include:
🎯Exploring institutional arrangements to strengthen ties between Kenyan and Rwandan manufacturers.
🎯Fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange on inclusive business practices.
🎯Understanding KAM’s Manufacturing Academy, including our management, training, and support processes.
🎯Learning about the internal and external training topics we offer to build a stronger manufacturing ecosystem.
Looking forward to further discussions tomorrow as we continue sharing ideas and shaping the future of manufacturing in Africa!
