i recently found out a way to calm my mental health!
i take three hour walks in the sunlight and then i eat a lot. it doesn't work but it sure is fun! ๐
i haven't been here for a while. i'm doing okay, but i did change, quite a lot. needed that to get out my chest anywhere.
I'd like to think I'm a better person now, but i think I'm just troubled now in a different way.

i don't care if you either think it's hippie sounding or cheap or whatever, shoelace makes great bracelets/torques/anything and no one values it enough as much as me
