The team will follow their example.
It's a responsibility to own and be grateful for.
If they bring intensity, discipline, and a relentless work ethic every day, that becomes the culture.
If they take shortcuts, that becomes the culture too.
PLAYERS: A coach's job is not to make you happy. A coach's job is to make you better. Take advantage of the opportunities you have to improve yourself and the team.
