When the Ashes is what defines the legacy for players from these 2 nations, the weightage of it is higher than any other series or performance you have against other teams. This is common knowledge for English and Aussie test players.

The pitches & bowlers more tricky w/ variations, & with DRS more accuracy in the game. Just cause the names were more iconic doesn't mean they were better bowlers.

@CaLi_PrOoF @emanuelgodina Luka not being clutch in big games is laughable... 2 game winners in the playoffs and has beat 5 50+ win teams as the underdog with a win over a 65 win team as well. He has lots to add to his resume still but being clutch is not one of them.
