@OrwellDay Just because an entity cancels their contract with Flock, the cameras remain active. That jurisdiction just doesn't have access to cameras in their own town. Search "perpetuity" in the contracts.
@LongTimeHistory Flock systems use decomissioned cell towers for connectivity. Check solvencies of Cellular One and various others. The government can't get a handle on domestic terrorists. So their answer is to keep surveillance on EVERYONE and let AI sort out who the actual terrorists are.
