Dear @mtnug, You asked for my Wakanet number and error. I shared both. Instead of checking the payment issue, you sent a technician who asked whether my router light was green or red. Embarassing😂The problem isn't my router. It's your card payment system. Frustrated Customer.
Imagine logging a payment issue for nearly two months and discovering nobody in customer care can actually explain or resolve it. That's been my experience with @mtnug Wakanet card payment option. Remove it if it's not functional.
Dear @mtnug, why are you still showing card payments for Wakanet when they simply don't work? Two months. Repeated failed attempts. Customer care can't fix it. At this point, the feature is misleading customers.
Dear @mtnug, if card payments for Wakanet don't work, please remove the option from your website and MyMTN App until it's fixed. I've been trying to renew for almost 2 months using my card. Customer care hasn't been able to help either. This is a poor customer experience.
Dear @mtnug, stop misleading customers by keeping Wakanet card payments online if it doesn't work. I've spent nearly 2 months trying to renew, reported the issue, failed to get a help. A broken payment system shouldn't remain live for months. That's not innovation. It's neglect.
Every failed payment attempt wastes customers' time. Every unresolved support ticket erodes trust. @mtnug, I've been unable to renew Wakanet with my card for nearly 2 months, and support hasn't resolved it. This isn't just a bug. It's a customer experience failure.
@mtnug You assume that everyone is able to use MoMo... And that is part of the problem. There is a reason I chose to use a card instead of Momo or airtime. I have shared details with customer care several times and gotten no help. They just keep saying they'll call back or escalate.
As someone who works with websites and online payment systems every day, this is painful to watch. @mtnug has left a broken card payment option for Wakanet for quite some time despite repeated reports. Broken features shouldn't stay in production.
Wakanet payment feature from @mtnug:
💳 Card Payment
✅ Looks available
❌ Doesn't work
❌ Customer care can't help
❌ Still live after months
If a feature doesn't work, why keep it active on the website and App?
