Let’s even say we all want to be tribal bigots together.
Tinubu failed ( A Yoruba man)
We are left with 2 competent people . An Igbo man ( Peter Obi) and another Yoruba man( Seyi makinde) but somehow you want yet another Yoruba man to take over?
Regardless of how you spin this thing. It simply doesn’t make sense.
It is no longer even about bigotry it is simply genuine hatred for the Igbo race.
Na you sabi 😒
My great grandfather said he's not voting for Makinde
so I have stolen his Walking Stick
Omi Tuntun >>>>> Okwute
Cold Water better pass Stone 😩
It’s only in YorubaLand you will tag a commissioner and get a response that comes with a solution.
It’s only in South-West you will see our Governors engaging with us.
Don’t allow people that don’t know the name of their local government chairman to harrass you.
Vote Yoruba😌!
Lil sis your candidate literally launched Seyi Makinde’s campaign and chanted “APM!!” at the top of his lungs, I guess that makes him King of Miserable Things, though to be fair, he always was.
Of all clans you could try to paint fake, it’s the one your candidate is the chief supporter of, funny.
If Obi voters can gleefully celebrate wasting their vote for Obi who came third while splitting Atiku’s vote in 2023. It is only fair that Makinde’s voters repay Obi in his own coin. Everyone now gets to see through the prism of Atiku’s supporters in 2023.
Igbos can support Obi without being called tribalists, but Yoruba people supporting Makinde is suddenly tribalism. Both governed their states, and their people can testify to their good work & are now rooting for them to be president, but one group is being accused of tribalism😂
They believe a Muslim shouldn’t be elected into office simply because he is Muslim, yet they expect Muslims to vote for Peter Obi. And when you disagree, they resort to gaslighting you by calling you a bigot who prioritises religion over competence. The irony is almost too good😂
The Seyi Makinde Conversation Is Very Interesting & I’m Glad It’s Happening.
At Least You See Its Not That They Just Hate Tinubu. They Hate Your Tribe Too.
You're from Imo, this is IMSU, a university owned by your useless and horrible state.
The Ekiti that you call useless does not have a university as dirty as this in 2026
Chief Obafemi Awolowo’s prophetic warnings about Nigeria’s constitutional design are central to his political legacy.
Long before independence, he explicitly foresaw that a heavily centralized, unitary-style government in a multi-ethnic nation would inevitably plunge the country into economic stagnation and political and systemic instability.
In his foundational books, "Path to Nigerian Freedom" (1947) and "Thoughts on Nigerian Constitution" (1966), Chief Awolowo provided a comparative global analysis of multilingual and multi-ethnic states. He warned that enforcing a unitary system over deeply diverse populations would naturally breed systemic friction.
He famously observed that a centralized government wearing a federal mask would at its best "groan poignantly" and at its worst "suffer a nervous breakdown". He argued that centralizing resource control, forcing states to look to the center for monthly financial handouts, would destroy regional productivity.
He correctly anticipated that shifting from a system based on productivity and derivation to one based on population size and political leverage would paralyze local economies, breed mass corruption, and slow national development to a crawl.
Chief Awolowo viewed federalism not as an abstract political theory, but as an absolute requirement for survival. He firmly believed that national unity in Nigeria could never be coerced or built through slogans; it had to be structurally earned through a balanced division of power where no single group lived in fear of exclusion or domination.
Chief Awolowo advocated for a constitutional framework where boundaries were drawn logically around linguistic and cultural lines. He maintained that true stability could only be achieved if minority groups possessed their own autonomous, self-governing federal units rather than being swallowed up by an overbearing center.
Awolowo envisioned a secular constitutional framework where regional and cultural identities were preserved through decentralized governance. A highly decentralized, truly federalist Nigeria that actively protected ethnic minorities from regional domination. highly decentralized, truly federalist Nigeria that actively protected ethnic minorities from regional domination.
He was right 79 years ago; he is still right today.
they’re calling uloma an undercover hijabi bc she said it’s weird for christians to tell muslims they can’t be in office and still expect muslims to vote for a christian
