My bike got flat tyre on 25th august, no road side assistance provided till now. Is this the road side assistance, a customer is paying for? Seems like u want to delay to minimise the costs on claims…

Late by 4 hours.
I tried filing TDR 5 times- not able to do.
Travelling as a premium tatkal passenger. No bedsheet or blanket provided in train. Very inconvenient and travelling at almost twice the fare.

Again the waiting of car is just fell down by 1. It seems as if it will take around half an year more though your executive last time suggested to wait till first week of june only.
