@TATACLiQLuxury return picked up on 3rd November. Order id 115888080. Refund still not initiated. Tired of calling the call center, they don't seem to have an answer. What's the problem? Why is it taking so long?

@TataCLiQCare Its the most vague response i get from a brand like Tata. The seller has received the product on 8th nov. Does it take 5 days to do quality check for a wrist watch???

@TataCLiQCare You must have also checked that the return was delivered to the seller on 8th Nov. Quality check takes 2 days. Today is the 11th. It has passed the required days to finish the quality checks
