@HitachiAirConIn They call me up and say they are coming for the serving but they never come. I am absolutely disappointed with this attitude from Hitachi, and I regret buying a Hitachi AC.
@HitachiAirConIn I have placed the request for servicing my Hitachi AC quite a number of times. Everytime, my request is cancelled without even informing me. The third party that you have appointed is the worst service provider.
@Hitachi, buying your product was a mistake. @Hitachi does not care about customer. @Hitachi just cares about selling their product. Before writing here, I called u up a hundred times, wrote an email as well, but there is no response.

Relieved to have received the refund, which came three hours back. Although late, for which the damage is done, but thanks all the same.
We will return your money in 1 week, @CRED_club promised. 15 days gone, but no money came. Got back to them, and they wrote: "forwarding your concern to the designated department and you can expect the resolution within 7 working days." Another '7 days' almost over, no money yet.
@CRED_support You have aimed to resolve my concern for the past 20 days, so no point in 'aiming' to get it resolved 'right away'.
Note my complaint number #3899089 and let's see how soon you can resolve my concern.
@CRED_support When you pretend to understand but you are determined to waste other's time and not stick to your own assurances, how and why do you even expect the customers experience to be ideal?

Why auto debit people's money even after all dues are cleared? And then people have to keep writing to you for their own money to be returned.
