What if this number is assigned to someone else and they keep receiving the OTPs. Irrespective of the KYC update without any information they deactivated the number. And now they are not event care.

@Airtel_Presence @TRAI @airtelindia Now we have 3 days or more days of inconvenience without our fault. Dear @DoT_India sir need your intervention here. We even recently given our KYC documents for the same number. Now they are saying this number is not allotted to anyone. How shameless is this?

@Airtel_Presence Dear @TRAI, we didn’t receive any call / message from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence before deactivating and disconnecting the number. Now in personal message they are asking me to go to airtel store and submit my govt id proof. Why this inconvenience for me without my fault?

They amount got blocked and they are suffering from past 10 days.

@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares @pnbindia I raised a dispute cancellation request for wrongly send the amount to different person. They paid back the money and I sent an email on last Monday. Initially they said it will be closed on 9th now they are saying it needs time till 16th Feb
