"Qual foi a maior descoberta que você fez sobre si mesmo após finalizar o álbum YOUNGEST?"

🦊: Eu percebi que não estava cuidando do Kang Younhyun tanto quanto eu achava que estava. Eu estava mais focado em coisas do tipo "como eu posso transformar o Kang Younghyun no Young K?", "como apresentar o Young K (persona) de uma forma melhor?" e "como torná-lo um artista melhor?"

Por causa disso, eu acabei refletindo bastante sobre como Kang Younghyun estava se sentindo muito mais solitário do que eu imaginava, e como suas feridas emocionais estavam "inflamando", já que eu não estava olhando e nem cuidando dele.

Acho que também aprendi sobre as coisas nas quais ele é bom. O resultado desse processo está nesse álbum: da perspectiva do Young K, foi uma chance de trazer à tona alguns dos pensamentos e sentimentos mais profundos de Kang Younghyun. Pude falar sobre situações injustas e expressar uma variedade maior de emoções. Ganhei coragem, e foi um processo de aceitação. Por causa disso, eu percebi que daqui pra frente eu preciso intencionalmente reservar um tempo para prestar mais atenção em Kang Younghyun.

👤: Fiquei curioso de repente... criar esse álbum ajudou a aliviar ou resolver estes sentimentos?

🦊: Ajudou bastante a aliviar... não posso dizer que tudo está completamente resolvido, mas acho que atingi o estágio de reconhecer e aceitar as coisas nas quais antes eu ignorava. Lidar com isso (esses sentimentos), cuidando e colocando remédio nesses machucados será uma tarefa para o que vier depois.

at first, he was just doing “market research” scrolling through reels and seeing what kind of videos/challenges were trending these days. he said there were so many interesting ones, and he even started leaving comments😂 then he decided to start his own challenge too. he was genuinely surprised by how many people joined in, way more than he expected🥹
